On the XYZ platform, once the Agent token is listed on a decentralized exchange (DEX), the community governance feature will be activated within 48 hours. This feature is managed through Tally DAO to ensure the transparency and decentralization of the governance process.
The main governance process includes:
Proposal submission
Proposal discussion
Voting
Proposal execution
(Note: Before submitting a proposal, users must hold a certain amount of voting power. Specific requirements will be published on the platform.)
Governance Process
Proposal Submission: Eligible users with sufficient voting power can submit proposals via the XYZ platform or Tally DAO. Proposals must follow the platform’s required format and standards.
Proposal Voting and Discussion: Once submitted, proposals proceed to the voting stage. Users with voting power can vote on Tally DAO, either supporting or opposing proposals, while sharing their feedback.
Proposal Implementation: Approved proposals will be implemented by the platform, and the corresponding changes will take effect accordingly.
Important Notes
Governance Transparency: All proposals, discussions, and voting processes are publicly available on Tally DAO, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Governance Participation Responsibility: Users involved in governance must comply with the platform’s governance rules and contribute to maintaining a healthy community.
Risk Disclosure: Staking liquidity tokens carries market risks. Users should carefully assess the risks and proceed with caution.
This governance mechanism aims to create a decentralized, transparent, and fair governance environment. It empowers users with greater participation and decision-making authority, fostering collective growth and development.
