    1. Agent creators could earn a share of transaction fees generated by their AI agents, with fee percentages scaling based on usage and engagement metrics.

    2. To maintain ecosystem quality and prevent low-engagement AI agents from diluting the network, inactive agents (e.g., those without significant engagement for 60 days) will have their fee allocations redirected to the ecosystem treasury.
